A charge of GBP 30 rescheduling fee applies in case of late show-up of over 15 minutes without a prior notice. The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.
The accommodation will charge at least GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make the payment and a photo ID. Please inform Canary Wharf River View Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

稀有國寶再現風華，台灣檜木燒烙藝術家楊玲個展於今(27)日在斗六高中綠城藝文中心舉行，展出至10月26日，歡迎鄉親蒞臨觀賞。世界獨一「台灣檜木燒烙藝術」即將成為嘉義地區繼交趾陶、石猴後，再新增的地方特色三大產業。
嘉義市文化局局長黃美賢獨具慧眼，以其專業識出檜木燒烙文創產業的價值，鼓勵推動舉辦各種烙畫展覽、協助培訓燒烙種子教育等，大力系統組織化，提升台灣檜木燒烙的曝光度及文創產業的發展。
所謂燒烙畫就是運用電烙鐵燒烙的原理，配上各種型式的銅頭做成電烙筆，經用電力導熱、電能控制溫度、時間，運用明暗、點、線、面等技巧，在檜木材料上燒烙作畫，不僅形成產業，更融入生活中。燒烙畫雖已有幾千年的歷史，但在台灣檜木上烙畫則是絕無僅有。

嘉義市推行檜木燒烙已有多年。因阿里山的檜木是台灣非常稀有的國寶，政府早已明令禁止砍划，而嘉義市是阿里山下最幸福的城市，從過去到現在一直就是木材集散地，拆屋舊料沒被充分運用，因此大大小小的舊料結合燒烙作畫，被再生再利用；將檜木發輝到最大的附加價值，讓舊木料風華再現，成為嘉義市最大的在地特色。
斗高綠城藝文中心邀請藝術家楊玲蒞校展出，讓斗六高中的師生以及社區民眾可以欣賞從古早舊傢具、舊建材中回收截取的純正台灣檜木，進行燒烙、彩繪，重現檜木風華，期能推廣台灣檜木的欣賞與珍藏，帶動民眾更珍惜台灣資源。

除現場操作解說檜木烙畫，更感謝斗高國樂團及嘉義圓夢檜木樂團精彩之演奏，雲ＩＭＬ會長陳宏傑購買一幅喜捨作品２萬元，楊玲藝術家馬上將錢捐給新成立之斗六一心育幼院，讓人非常感動。學校開放參觀時間為星期一至星期五上午9點至12點，下午1點半至4點半歡迎鄉親踴躍前往觀賞。
